TFA Bavarian Cream

Flavor Profile: Bavarian Cream is a super boujee dessert which originated in France. The bulk of the flavor comes from the Egg Yolks and the Cream. What separates this from a flan or a crème brulee is the addition of Gelatin. This gives the dessert this thick and gelatinous mouthfeel that brings that rich egg and vanilla flavor along with it.
