The Canucks Bring the Flavor
I wanted to write a quick piece to recommend you revisit Real Flavors, if you haven’t already. I’ve recently been looking for specific ingredients for some recipes I’m developing for a company, and nothing on the market was getting me quite there. Everything was slightly off, or was slightly soft, and overall, just inaccurate to the candy profiles I was looking for. Out of options I decided to head over to the recent producer of Real Flavors, DIY Ejuice.com out of Canada, to pick up a large variety of their ingredients to try out. And boy was I happy that I did. After my initial order was received, I immediately regretted not continuing to use Real Flavors after their “sell-off” a few years back. I forgot how flavorful, how saturated, how accurate, and how specific Real Flavors can get.
To highlight a few of the ingredients I’ve been messing around with, RF Yellow Candy Burst has been a godsend for providing a sharp, citric, burst of Yellow “Starburst” flavor in recipes that are lacking that sticky sweetness you want from certain chewy candies. Even at 0.5% you’re going to be provided a ton of saturated candy flavor to infuse any candy recipe you’re working on.
RF Taffy Base has been a great way to provide that “airhead” like experience in recipes, without providing too much flavor. This gives you a true, and neutral, candy base to work with. Adding your favorite candy flavorings on top provides that soft, chewy nature you might be looking for.
RF Blue Raz Sour Candy is another excellent Blue Raz flavoring to add to the repertoire. In fact, if you’re looking for the perfect Blue Jolly Rancher flavor to add to your vapes, this might be the very best one on the market.
There has been a myriad of other candy flavorings that have been greatly accurate and useful, such as Pink Taffy, or Red Burst Type, or even things like Sour Gummy. There have only been a few flavorings that I found to fall flat and have better options elsewhere. And I’m not even touching on the dozens of desserts and bakeries that Real Flavors has that are providing great results.
So, if you’re looking to spice up your stash, I wanted to highly recommend checking out Real Flavors. I know I’ll be using much more of them in future recipes.
