The video above is from the latest Live Mixing. In this episode I attempted to create a recipe using the “Red White and Blue” theme for Independence Day. My thought, pomegranate for red, pineapple for white, and boysenberry for blue. While I didn’t think what would be created would taste all that good, I tried anyway. And good thing I did. What was created was something exquisite! The profile is a juicy and thick pineapple with a top note of deep pomegranate and a follow through of boysenberry (or more like blue raz). What it reminds me of is something similar to Blue Raspberry, but for Pineapple. Hence…Blue Pineapple
