Notes:
I don’t really recommended mixing this recipe just yet. We’re closer than we were before, but we’re still missing some important elements. For one, we’re missing a juicier strawberry. This recipe is a bit dry, like marshmallow dry, and it just doesn’t sit well with the overall feel. This might be due to the Sweet Cream or the CAP VBIC I used. I’m thinking NY Cheesecake might fare better. I will say this strawberry is closer than the first version. So we’re on the right path. A couple more iterations and we’ll be there.
There’s really nice vanilla style ice cream by Vape Train Australia – French Vanilla Ice Cream which is not as dry and peppery as VBIC. I got rid of VBIC on behalf of this one.
