Splemonade by SaintTammany
This is a pretty darn good tropical lemonade. It features notes of peach & strawberry laid on a backdrop of natural lemonade. I found this recipe to taste quite nice! The pairing of the Peach base with the lemonade base provided a nice, natural and fresh experience. The only downsides being the strawberry was a bit light, almost even a distraction. And the recipe didn’t quite “impress”. But if you’re looking for a solid peach lemonade, this is a great option.

Island Breeze by Mekanova
We have another tropical on the list. This time, Mekanova brings us a very fun guava, coconut, pineapple, tangerine mix. Unfortunately, it seems it brings up some nasty personal biases that – in my opinion – leads me to taste “sun tan lotion”. I believe this is due to the combination of the Coconut with either the guava or citrus. The profile also seems a bit misguided. With so many different profiles going on, the balance is off and it’s hard to get a grip on what you’re supposed to be tasting

Sonic Blueberry Cheesecake 2.0 by Slushy
This was a surprising mix. This mix brings together a bunch of different profiles like Berry Crunch, boysenberry, berry jam, and cheesecakes. What comes together is a pretty darn accurate rendition of a blueberry cheesecake. Now the addition of the berry crunch produces a pretty convincing crunch berry crust, though I do feel it’s a bit distracting and imbalanced in the mix. I also think you could find a better “jam” than CAP Blueberry Jam, which seems to bring too much of a “musk” to the berry. Other than that, it’s still a great blueberry cheesecake. Possibly one of the better ones I’ve had in some time.
