Flavor Notes:
CAP Fuji Apple: In this recipe, the Fuji apple is really the glue to all the other fruits. Because the ingredient has somewhat of a "generic" fruity flavor it's easy to use as a blank canvas to build upon. 5% is used to make sure its flavor is infused in every facet of the recipe.
TFA Dragonfruit: This ingredient is used to boost the CAP Fuji's top note and allow it to add a more vibrancy to the recipe. It's "emulsifying" properties also blend in the watermelon to the apple creating an interesting and exciting flavor profile
INW Pear / INW Two Apples: These two flavoring are used to help add more apple to the mix. The pear adds more of that mealy apple texture, but also just a touch of juiciness. And the Two Apples gives the mix some of that fun tart green apple flavor that's missing from Fuji.
FLV Watermelon: This flavoring is the star of the mix. It adds tropicality to the mix and creates a more fun profile. I like pairing watermelon with apple to give the watermelon texture that flavorings usually lack. But in this case, I'm using watermelon to add more of a vibrant candied flavor to the apple. I like it at 3%, but feel free to drop it lower for a more apple focused flavor.
